SOYA ALOO CURRY RECIPE/SOYA CHUNKS AND POTATO COOKED IN ONION TOMATO GRAVY

Soya is my all time favorite from childhood and mom usually adds in soya in most of her gravy dishes either veg or non veg and even in rice varieties...  Soya chunks are made from soy beans and they work well as meat substitutes. Vegans forgo the consumption of meat and meat derivatives, which leaves them looking for alternatives to meet their nutritional needs and that is soya chunks and it is high source of protein and omega fatty acid.
