I'm a very big fan of starters,Usually i start
my meal with a starter and soup if we go to restaurants.... And most of the
time I finish off my meal with starters alone...I saw this recipe in a cooking
show... It was innovative, light and filling for a starter... I
use mashed potato for cutlet and wraps… This recipe was something attractive and different ...
Me and my MIL went for vegetable shopping to little India(Singapore),My
MIL saw vazhaipoo and said it's very good for health and can make
variety of dishes with it...so I just picked one..
When ever I eat samosa, I will messy up my plate:),will eat only the outer
layer and will not touch the filling.. I feel they are so heavy for a snack..
So i rarely eat samosa.. During my college time, I frequently visit my aunts
place in Chennai..
Their are some dishes, which will be your all time
favorite from childhood till now....
And fried prawns is one such favorite=p~ dish for me.During my childhood days my evening snack after school will be fried prawns with
hot pepper rasam...:) It tastes heavenly after a tiring day.
