I had some left over capsicum after using for bhel... And wanted to try capsicum and chicken combination for a long time... To tell u I never eat capsicum before, but after i tasted Thai cashew chicken with full of flavors, cubed capsicum and cashews.
The recipe in it has lots of cashews and square shaped sautéed capsicum, dish looks so colorful with tri color capsicum, which tempted me to taste... It had a crisp flavor and tasted great with chicken... From then started using capsicum in my dishes...whenever mom makes chicken fried rice she adds green capsicum to it, I will pick out all the capsicum and eat the rest... And mom keeps telling me that it will taste nice with nice...Later accepted that she was correct...

Then chicken i did was a dry one,if you want semi gravy just add in 1/3 cup of water and boil till semi gravy, and adjust the spice accordingly.
Don't saute the capsicum very soft try to retain its crunchiness.
