Soya is my all time favorite from childhood and mom usually adds in soya
in most of her gravy dishes either veg or non veg and even in rice varieties... Soya chunks are made
from soy beans and they work well as meat substitutes. Vegans forgo the
consumption of meat and meat derivatives, which leaves them looking for
alternatives to meet their nutritional needs and that is soya chunks and it is
high source of protein and omega fatty acid.

SEAFOOD STUFFED PARATHA/CHAPATTI WITH SEAFOOD STUFFING
I tasted seafood naan in Sakunthala restaurant and
that's the first time I tasted stuffed naan with seafood it was yummy simple
and delicious to have it plain or with some spicy korma as side dish...Then
thought of trying it at home, the filling which used in restaurant was plain
with no masala... But I just tweaked to suit my taste buds and tried this Indian
version with masala and wheat flour...

PANEER BUTTER MASALA(MOM'S VERSION)/STEP-BY-STEP RECIPE
Paneer is my all time favorite... It
has a pretty cute orange color assaulted with a spice in a tomato
cream based gravy. I just love the creamy texture which melts in mouth, I always
order paneer butter masala as side dish for naan or chapatti when I go to north
Indian restaurants, but different restaurants have different color
and taste.
