First grind roasted peanuts and sesame with little salt, then add in onion masala, curd and sugar.

Take a small frying kadai pour in cooking oil, when oil is heated with small bubbles switch off gas and add chilly powder let it bubble for 2 mins. Then add chilly oil and lemon juice to the mixture and mix well.
Notes:
You can skip peanuts, and add in 1/2 tbs of sesame to the chutney. Add fresh curd and check for sourness.
You can skip the last step and add the full chilly powder to the onion mixture itself.
Take care when you dry roast sesame,if you dry roast to very darker color you will have bitter taste in chutney.
