CHICKEN KORMA/KOZHI KUZHAMBU

Chicken korma ! What would be the best description i could give for this recipe?.The best word i would use is delicious...! A hot chicken korma is what i need to tickle my taste buds and nothing beats a plate of idly with chicken korma on a cold rainy night.Hope all the Non-veg lovers will agree for this statement.
During my initial days of cooking i don't use coconut in my dishes.I would just think will it taste good? What happens if it goes to be a great flop...But after tasting my bro's dish, i felt i was totally wrong. He adds coconut  in most of the dishes he try's.And the dish would taste good...After that i started using coconut .

This is one of my favorite dish in chicken made with coconut, it goes well with dosa, idly, appam. It's pretty quick and easy dish to try.And the flavors are so bright and lively.

Chicken - 1/2 kg
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbs

Take a pressure cook heat oil and add the ingredients under "to temper".Then add onion with little salt and saute it for 2 min add ginger garlic paste fry till the raw smell leaves.

Then add chicken pieces along with tomato, add turmeric, chilly and coriander powder with little water and saute it , till oil oozes out it will take around 5 min.
