When ever I eat samosa, I will messy up my plate:),will eat only the outer layer and will not touch the filling.. I feel they are so heavy for a snack.. So i rarely eat samosa.. During my college time, I frequently visit my aunts place in Chennai..

TOMATO PRAWN MASALA


When I started cooking after my marriage,I found that cutting veggies was ok.. When compared to cleaning non-veg, I have never entered into the sea food markets in my home town, but in Singapore no other go,in fair price they are good, they clean completely,but i have big doubt and clean them at Least 6-7 times..

MEEN KUZHAMBU(FISH CURRY)


When it comes to non veg recipes,I will say my moms recipes are the best . Especially meen kuzhambu,it tastes so delicious when tried on her hands(kai pakuvam)...:)she dose it so perfectly with correct spicyness sour and salt without tasting it.
